About Me:

My practice is dedicated to supporting healthy relationships, wellness, and overall life satisfaction.  I work through a trauma informed lens, with individuals, couples, and children facing a variety of behavioral, communication, and interpersonal challenges that may arise throughout different developmental phases of life.  I am passionate about supporting prenatal and postnatal mental health, mindful parenting, and mindfulness-based stress reduction for the treatment of anxiety.  Additionally, I enjoy working with neurodivergent populations.

In my sessions, I strive to create an environment of safety and openness.  I welcome you to come as you are, and I will meet you with a sense of wonder and curiosity.  I work from a relationship-based perspective that places value on empathic attunement, and developing the capacity for deep self-refection aimed at gaining insight, awareness, and the ability to make meaningful change.  With my clients, we reflect on and examine their values and beliefs, as well as the stories they are telling themselves, and the meanings they are creating that impact their perceptions of themselves and the world around them.  My therapeutic practice places great value on nervous system regulation, as well as learning hands on tools for improving communication and rewiring  stress-response patterns in the brain.

I have a Master's Degree in Educational Psychology from California State University, Northridge, and I hold a Marriage and Family Therapy License in the State of California.  I have extensive training in Perinatal Mental Health, Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health, Autism, ADHD, and Mindfulness Practice.  I am also trained in ACT and EMDR, an evidence-based treatment for trauma.
